Attendance:

Mandatory 90% attendance during the 8 hours of comprehensive training is required. This ensures that all trainees receive the full benefit of the course content and interactions.

Course Duration:

The duration of the course spans 6 months. Trainees are expected to commit to this period to complete the program successfully.

Fees:

There is no additional fee apart from the Registration fee. The registration fee (118 Rs.) covers all course materials and administrative costs.

Work Policy:

Bancom has a No Work from Home policy. All training sessions and work must be conducted on-site to facilitate better learning and collaboration.

Equipment:

You are required to bring your own machine during the internship. No machine will be provided by BANCOM. Ensure your machine meets the technical requirements specified by the course.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property created during the course or internship will be owned by Bancom. Trainees must agree to assign any such intellectual property rights to Bancom.

Conduct:

Trainees are expected to maintain respectful communication with fellow trainees and seniors. This includes adhering to professional standards of behavior and interaction at all times.

Additional Policies:

Enrollment Requirements: Trainees must meet specified prerequisites before enrolling in the course.
Code of Conduct: Detailed expectations for trainee behavior will be outlined and must be adhered to.
Privacy Policy: Personal information will be handled according to our privacy policy.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: There is no cancellation and refund for the enrollment fee under any condition.
Assessment and Certification: Criteria for passing the course and receiving certification are defined.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Confidentiality requirements regarding course materials and company information must be respected.
Liability Limitation: Bancom's liability concerning the training program is limited and specified.
Amendments: Terms and conditions may be updated, and such amendments will be communicated to trainees.
